Lily and Alex introduce their new plan for the year to improve their health by eating better, exercising, and for Lily particularly to start keeping her bedtime. They had already decided to do so starting 2/1, but Lily suggested that she may be more motivated if there were penalties with the dreaded hairbrush for messing up. Alex agreed and even proposed that to be fair if he messes up she can spank him too! There will be weekly installments to this series so check back and see where things go! If everyone has done well Lily will just get a weekly motivational maintenance spanking. If either has messed up...well you know what happens! In this first installment Lily "just" gets a motivational spanking as they were only a couple days into the plan. It was still a lot more than she was expecting and she squeals and begs quite a lot because it turned out that plastic paddle hurts a lot more when Alex uses it than when she self spanks! After breaking it on her butt he finished with 12 with the hairbrush partly as a warning and partly because she had gone to bed late the night before.
