I have two suggestions that might help with future spankings:
1. hold her in closer to your body to prevent her from reaching back to block with her left hand, and grip her right wrist in a hammerlock to keep that hand secure also.
2. and since this was her first spanking, she's not used to the sting of getting her butt smacked , so especially for those first few spankings, it's good to begin with a warmup, using lighter strokes for a minute or two, before increasing intensity. This will get her used to the feel of being spanked, and make it easier for her to accept the spanking without instinctively trying to block.
It would be nice to see more videos, but I understand if she's reluctant -- I asked my wife a few years ago to allow me to videotape a spanking.....not only did she refuse, she hid my camera just in case I had the cam set up in the bedroom.
